In 1993 Ceremony bombarded the Dutch death metal scene with this brutal cult album that was picked up worldwide. Tyranny from above is known as a technical death metal album with an American style from the '90s.

After an absence of 20 years Ceremony releases Retribution, the style on this album is more blackened/death metal but the old work is also recognizable here.

The new album Solitary Bleed has been released via No Dust Records. With a new line-up and the addition of orchestration, Ceremony comes with an album that goes a step further than its predecessors.
